Retrofitted from second class chassis of QL1080A8PAY type, CLW5100JC boarding vehicle for the disabled is advanced in technology, safe and reliable for use with all performances better than similar products retrofitted from domestically produced chassis.
The design of the boarding vehicle for the disabled shall be convenient for the disabled to get on or off the airplane, and the vehicle shall at least be suitable for airplanes of B737 series, Airbus 320 series, A330, A340, B757 and B767. The vehicle is advanced in all technical performances, low in gravity center, excellent in stability, safe and convenient in operation, reasonable in structure design, leading in processes, attractive in appearance and outstanding in reliability and maintainability.
ISUZU ELF chassis, which are excellent in bearing capacity and in controllability, are adopted for the vehicle. Yuken reversing valves and lemming oil filters are used. The best domestic oil cylinders are mounted, while easily worn parts such as oil seals in the oil cylinders are imported. The same arrangement is adopted for the electrical system as well.
The emergency measures are complete, which is able to meet the requirements for safe operation of the boarding vehicle for the disabled.
The electrical system is characterized by perfect design and complete functions. It is able to avoid all kinds of mal-operation and protect the vehicle from any damage.
Integrated circuit boards and relays are used in combination to ensure the advance and reliability of the control system.
Hydraulic system choose imported magnetic directional valve, two-way hydraulic lock, emergency electric and hand pump, and the hydraulic cylinder and its quick-wear parts purchased from advanced countries.
